Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been place, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been fulfilled (Monday-Friday during business hours) you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Warranty: Replacements & Returns

Non-Massage Chair Return Policy:

Returns are subject to Zarifa USA's standard return policy. If you change your mind, you can return your Standard hardware to us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Goods can only be returned in unopened, sealed, and not used condition.

If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us at support@zarifausa.com. Be sure to provide the following details:

  • Your Web Order Number
  • A contact phone number
  • Product in question

On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Indicating this number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning will help ensure that your returns are processed quickly. Zarifa USA will provide you with a return label for your product in the same package it was received in.

Upon receipt of the unopened, sealed, and not used product, Zarifa USA will complete the customer's refund.

Massage Chair Return Policy:

Returns are subject to Zarifa USA's massage chair return policy. Zarifa USA has a 14-Day, Unconditional, Money-Back Guarantee for all new massage chairs purchased from Zarifa USA. We will also pay for 100% of the return shipping/freight costs for the full 14 calendar day return period!

Our 14 day return policy begins on the date you new chair ships out from our massage chair warehouse (not the delivery date!).

You are responsible for disassembling and packing up your massage chair into the original packing material (as well as any incurred costs) and having the chair back to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the original shipping date of your chair to qualify for our free return offer (not the delivery date!). If your chair is not prepared for shipping the original packing material, we will still pick up and return ship the chair, but you will be responsible for 100% of the return shipping/freight costs.

The only deduction from your refund will be damages to the chair that are not covered under the standard warranty coverage, as well as the original white glove delivery charges. 

If a product is outside the 14-day return period (not the delivery date!) a 20% restocking fee does apply to the return. The restocking fee does not include the product shipping and white glove delivery charges which will also be held.

Massage Chair Exchange Policy

If you live within the continental US and want to exchange your chair for another model, you will be responsible for disassembling and packing up your massage chair in the original packing material (as well as any incurred costs) and having the chair back to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the original shipping date (not the delivery date!), but we will take care of the return shipping/freight costs. Once you have decided upon your replacement chair, we will bill you the difference between chair prices (chairs can only be exchanged for chairs of equal or greater value). Free shipping also applies to the new chair. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Tens Units, Massagers or EMS Units with missing parts or accessories. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not accepted for exchange.

HSA/FSA Questions

Zarifa USA products are all FDA approved Class I and II devices. You can purchase our products through your HSA or FSA. When buying through your HSA and FSA providers, you will likely receive questions from your provider designed to ensure that you aren't abusing their policies.

Customers who purchase our products have medical needs, which is why they turn to us. These medical needs are often all your provider will ask about in the form of a medical necessity statement. This statement can be written by the customer describing their issue and how our product helps them with that problem. In most circumstances, this will be all the provider requires, along with a copy of your itemized receipt. You can also find our FDA documentation for our products under the support documentation tab of our website.

There are many HSA and FSA Providers, including BPC, Allegiance, Cigna, and a hundred others. Our massage products are the only ones approved for purchase through your HSA or FSA providers as they are FDSA approved, DME certified, and our merchant code classifies them as medical equipment. Each FSA provider has its own rules of use. A small portion of FSA providers require a doctor's prescription. On the other hand, many more only need a letter of necessity that the customer can write themselves. Most require no documentation once they see our merchant code classification as they approve the purchase without a note.

Although our products are the best on the market, a small portion of FSA providers are extremely strict about the use of funds, and it depends on who your employer uses as their provider. those policies are in place by the provider directly and are no used for all FSA providers. Just like companies have varying policies, providers too will have specific guidelines you must adhere to.

We recommend that if you have a personal or family doctor that you regularly visit, you should see them for a prescription. Again, the use of your FSA card would be for medical expenses, so you will need a medical reason for your purchase, other than just wanting to enjoy a massage. For example, if you have circulation or stress issues, a doctor can prescribe our products for you to use. Please remember that HSA and FSA benefits are for medical spending and should be used as such. Our products have been designed to help real people with real problems, without the need for opioids or other addictive drugs.

Zarifa Massage Chairs can cleaned by the following steps:

  1. Turn off & unplug the massage chair
  2. Disconnect and remove all chair attachments
  3. Using a slightly damp microfiber clothe, wipe down the non-leather portions of the chair
  4. Using a leather cleaner (like the ones in our cleaning kits) clean the leather of the massage chair
  5. Use a dry microfiber clothe to wipe down the full chair
  6. Reattach all chair attachments
  7. Plug chair back in and turn on
