Shipping Policy
For Purchases:
All purchases will be shipped from distribution center within one (1) business day. Standard shipping is included free of charge, and faster methods will be available at cost.
Larger products are generally shipped UPS, and smaller products through USPS. This may affect delivery times by 1 business day.
PO Boxes are only supported by USPS. Large items like the Foot Massager and Classic Cushion generally can not be shipped via the Postal Service.
Confirmation Email/Text:
Once and order has been submitted, you will receive an email or text message (provided at the time of checkout) with your order information.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your products have been scheduled for delivery by our distribution center, and picked up by UPS, you will receive an email/text (provided at the time of checkout) with your tracking information. We are also a proud partner of Route Tracking, which allows you to confirm your email or phone number for live tracking updates, and protects you in the case of a lost or stolen package (must be purchased at the time of checkout).
Packages can be expected to arrive no later than 5 business days within the continental US. Packages outside the continental US will vary based on weight, dimensions, distance, and Foreign Affairs. All packages will be traceable and tacking numbers will be provided to all customers.
Massage Chair Shipping Policy:
Massage chairs will be shipped out from our distribution center within 5 business days of purchase. Depending on location of delivery, the chair will arrive to your destination within 5-14 business days from the date of pickup. Our freight carriers will reach out to you to confirm shipping details such as specific location, date, time, and to discuss the location in order to assess the best means of handling the shipment.
For Warranty Claims:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75. you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance . We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zarifa Corporation “Zarifa USA” is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Zarifa Corporation “Zarifa USA” will confirm delivery to the address provided. date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you chose to purchase Route Package Protection, you are able to process a lost or stolen package through them to recover or replace your purchase.
