At Zarifa USA, we are committed to providing transparency and clear guidelines for all returns and exchanges. Please review the following policies carefully before making your purchase.
General Return Policy
- All products are classified as Medical Grade Devices and are non-refundable if opened.
- Items purchased directly from ZarifaUSA.com are refundable within 14 days of the order being placed, provided the product remains unopened, sealed, and unused.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for returns.
- To ensure the ability to return opened products, customers must purchase Final Sales Returns by Redo, a third-party return protection offered on our website. This option allows returns of even opened products, subject to terms outlined by Redo.
Event, Expo, and Trade Show Purchases
- Items purchased at events, expos, or trade shows are non-refundable.
- Exchanges for event purchases are at the discretion of the sales team and can only be processed at the event where the purchase was made.
Clearance & Sale Items
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable but may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges.
Non-Massage Chair Products
- For unopened and unused items purchased directly from ZarifaUSA.com, returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Contact our support team at support@zarifausa.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back.
- Items shipped without prior approval or an RMA number may not be processed.
- Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items valued over $75. Zarifa USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Massage Chair Returns
The massage chair return policy remains as follows:
- 14-Day, Unconditional, Money-Back Guarantee for all new massage chairs purchased from ZarifaUSA.com.
- 100% free return shipping/freight costs within the 14-day return period, provided the chair is disassembled and packed in its original packaging.
- The 14-day return period starts on the shipping date, not the delivery date.
- Any damages not covered under the standard warranty, as well as original white glove delivery charges, will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns initiated beyond the 14-day period, a 20% restocking fee applies, along with deductions for shipping and delivery costs.
For massage chair exchanges within the continental U.S., customers must disassemble and pack the chair in its original packaging and have it returned within 14 days of the original shipping date. Zarifa USA covers the return shipping costs for exchanges.
Non-Refundable Items
- TENS units, massagers, and EMS units with missing parts or accessories.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Zarifa USA’s error.
- Extended warranties are non-refundable and must be purchased at the time of product purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zarifa USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Upon inquiry, we will provide tracking details and carrier information for further investigation.
Warranty Claims
If your product is still actively under warranty and you are facing issues that indicate that the product is defective, please follow the following steps:
1. Ensure your product warranty is registered: WARRANTY REGISTRATION
2. Email us at support@zarifausa.com and provide the best contact information for you, as well as what specific issue you are facing and the product you are having issues with. We will do our best to help troubleshoot your product before proceeding.
3. If the product isn't fixed by troubleshooting, you will need to ship the product to our claims team:

4. Our Claims team will process your warranty claim and determine if the product is easily repairable or requires replacement.
5. Our Claims team will send you a link to pay the standard $29.99 return shipping fee for your product. Once paid, the repaired or replaced product will swiftly be shipped back to you.
It is important to remember that product warranty only covers product defects under recommended use and does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use or care for a product.
