Gluteus Medius Massage Technique
Place the massager between you and the wall and/or pull on the pressure straps while it is touching your Gluteus Medius.
Start at the lowest setting and activate the Infrared Heat.
Increase Pressure and Intensity Level to desired Strength.
Do so for 15 min at a time on each side three times a day for best results.
