We do not accept medical insurance as a form of payment. HSA/FSA medical payments are a special type of spending account usually provided by your employer and can be used as a debit card to purchase medical equipment
Your HSA/FSA account adminstrator should approve your purchases before you buy as to not have to return your products. All of our products are approved FDA medica devices and are eligable for medical spending.
An itemized invoice is required to be submitted to your HSA/FSA admin after purchase for the release of your reimbursement. This special itemized invoice is emailed to you after purchase, and can be requested by sending your order number to support@zarifausa.com
Financing through Affirm is not available for HSA/FSA, but we are happy to split the order into multiple payments on your medical payment card.
Since our products are available for purchase with HSA or FSA, the problem usually lies with the paperwork submitted. Admins generally require a specific style of itemized invoice that is provided with your order receipt. You can also email us at support@zarifausa.com to get a copy.
